I took the banner photograph from the top of the hill across the street from the building we live in. The view is northeast toward downtown San Francisco and North Beach.
The below image of me was created by an acquaintance in the UAE. I rather like it, obviously :o)
I am Irish/English/Mexican, 40, usually soft-spoken, strong, a survivor, a system administrator, a southpaw, an eternal student.
I have a BBA in accounting, a MS in database development, a hard shell, a soft heart, a big chest, facial hair that changes often, one mom, two dads, four sponsored kids.
I believe anything is possible when you can look past “what” somebody is and see “who” they are, no one is intrinsically superior to anyone else.
I wish everyone would care at least as much about others as they do about themselves, people could live and let live, parents would not turn their children into bigots.
